  4. 4. In a large bowl, toss the dried potatoes with flour and all-purpose seasoning until evenly coated.
  5. 5. Let the potatoes sit for 2-3 minutes to allow the breading to build up.
  6. 6. Toss the potatoes again as needed, to ensure even coating.
  7. 7. Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 350°F.
  8. 8. Add breaded potatoes to the hot oil and cook for about 8 minutes, or until the potatoes feel like you're moving around rocks in the pan, indicating they are perfectly crispy.
