  1. 1. Preheat grill to 250°F and setup for indirect cooking.
  2. 2. Remove the ham from any packaging and place it fat side up in a shallow foil boat.
  3. 3. Cover the ham loosely with foil and bake for 12-15 minutes per pound, until heated through. Add glaze here and base every 30 minutes.
  4. 4. During the last 30 minutes of smoking, remove the foil to allow the ham to brown.
  5. 5. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
