Smoked Spiral Cut Ham

Ingredients
- 4 Pound Smithfield spiral cut ham
Instructions
- 1. Preheat grill to 250°F and setup for indirect cooking.
- 2. Remove the ham from any packaging and place it fat side up in a shallow foil boat.
- 3. Cover the ham loosely with foil and bake for 12-15 minutes per pound, until heated through. Add glaze here and base every 30 minutes.
- 4. During the last 30 minutes of smoking, remove the foil to allow the ham to brown.
- 5. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
