Your recipes are always yours. If you cancel Premium you move to the Free plan — every recipe you saved stays with you, unchanged. You can also export the whole cookbook as a PDF before canceling.
Yes! Both Free and Premium users can share recipes via links. Premium users get permanent links, while Free users get 7-day temporary links.
